Sam's baby yoga classes are well worth signing up for. They are something a little bit different in the world of parent and baby classes. They include yoga for both parent and for baby, but at all times baby is involved and engaged. Sam uses music really well throughout the sessions - some of the songs are so catchy that I have found myself singing them even when I'm not with my baby! The class always finishes with time for a visualisation exercise, which is a lovely way to make some relaxing time together in our busy day.

Jessica loves going to baby yoga each week. Despite one week having a sleepy baby and another having a grumpy baby during the session she doesn't stop smiling and squealing sounds of delight!! As a first time mum it has been great to meet other mums and actually have time to chat with them and see and share their baby's develop as much as mine. We do lots of the yoga moves at home and I'm certain it's helped to strengthen her body.
