Hormonal Changes | Foods to avoid during pregnancy

Due to pregnancy hormonal changes, there are certain foods that need to be avoided in a pregnant mother because her immunity level drops down and that should have an impact on baby’s health.

Some of the foods that need to be avoided by a pregnant woman is soft cheese made of unpasteurised milk that can have micro-organisms like: E.coli, Campylobacter and Salmonella.

Second one is alcohol intake. Generally alcohol consumed during pregnancy can have a detrimental effect on the fetus that can lead to fetal alcohol syndrome which is nothing but developmental disorders in the baby.
